Great location

Great room with ample space. Super clean. Staff were lovely. Excellent location close to the night market.

The air-conditioner was really loud, but once we got used to it we could kind of zone it out.

Ok for one night in Suratthani!

I spent 1 night here. - Room is big - quite clean - big bathroom. - good wi fi - very friendly and helpful staff - very central location

- the property it’s quite old but in good condition - AC: old machine very very noise

Wonderful

Great location, the hotel is a bit dated but the room is large, with a great bed and spacious bathroom. Basic service are fully functional. Above expectations. In fact, I returned there.

As I said the structure is a bit dated and don't be put off by the stained carpet in the hallways, the rooms are clean.

Easy walk to night market, shops, and restaurants. Helpful staff at the front desk confirmed our airport taxi for us. Complementary machine-coffee in the morning. Modern designed lobby with contemporary furnishings. Cold AC and spacious rooms.

Finding a used condom under the bedside table was a first for me. Otherwise the room was clean... Horrible smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom. Shower was only lukewarm, not hot. Water stains on walls from AC unit in bedroom. Holey duvet on bed. View of parking lot and loud, late night karaoke music. Dank and humid hallways. No breakfast available. Cash only payment in full on arrival with additional 250 baht deposit required to be returned on checkout.

Size of the room is great.

Size of the room is great. Location is superb closed to night market within walking distance. There is parking lot.

TV signal was very bad. There is some stain on the blanket. The soap should be shower cream or gel.

Surat Thanis is worth to stay 1-2 days. Not so many tourists around.

We came with public ferry / bus from Koh Samoi/Donsak and wanted to spend one evening away from the tourists. Location was excellent, could walk from bus station to hotel. We had a nice stroll along the river and delicious food at the nearby night market. Room was really comfortable, big and clean, especially for the money we paid for. Brilliant stay at Surat Thani.

Authentic Surat Thani experience

The spaciousness of the room and bathroom and that the shower worked perfectly. I also liked the fact that snacks and beverages were available. It was great being in the middle of "downtown" Surat Thani close to the transport hubs and night markets.

Reception staff could have been a bit more friendly.

Good central location, big rooms, correct wifi, bed is good

Noisy street, no English tv channels, no restaurant in hotel, big bathroom but a bit dark and shower could be stronger, reception staff not that helpful/ friendly, cleaning staff very friendly

Cean and tidy

Perfect Location in centre near market lots of food, shoping cetre, clean and tidy, some staff friendly its value for money but one thing i don't like have to pay cash only for the room.

Easily access to the walking street.

Easily access to the walking street. Plenty of food and restaurants around the hotel.

It was annoying when I have to re-enter the wifi password every time I left the room. Although I know that the hotel is located in the middle of the town, I expect less noise from the outside. I hope there could be lesser noise entering to the room at night.

Good central location, very comfortable suite!

Big appartment, véry comfortable kingsize bed. Clean. Good bathroom. Best shower we had here in Thailand. Friendly staff. Very good central location.

No breakfast included. Just using Surat Thani as transport centre, so breakfast at hotel would have been nice.
